Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course materials. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Refund policies are clearly stated during the purchase flow and in our FAQ. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in chargebacks for valid purchases.

All content, materials, and branding on AudienceFoundry are owned by AudienceFoundry or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not remove, alter, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific blog traffic, search rankings, or income results for any user.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudienceFoundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by contacting us.
